The service

TranslateWala provides an online document translation workflow: upload, pay where required, download results. Features and availability can change as we improve the product.

Your account

You are responsible for your login details and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful content or material you have no right to use or translate;
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to break the service or other users’ accounts;
• Scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the service except where the law forbids that restriction.

You are responsible for checking that sending your documents to a cloud translation service meets your employer’s or regulator’s requirements.

Payments

Fees are generally per page or as shown at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location and our payment provider. Completed translations are delivered digitally; refund requests are handled case by case — contact support with your order details.

Translation output

Automated translation can contain errors. You should review important documents (contracts, medical, legal, safety) with a qualified human before relying on them. We are not a law firm or certified translation bureau unless we explicitly say otherwise in writing.

Formatting can vary depending on the source document and what the translation provider returns. Review the translated file before sending it onward or relying on it in important workflows.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and translate that content solely to run the service. We own the TranslateWala name, software, and branding.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TranslateWala and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the transaction giving rise to the claim (or, if none, fifty dollars USD), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to TranslateWala’s operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
