Which formats are supported?
PDF, Word (.doc, .docx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), and Excel (.xls, .xlsx). Billing uses pages (PDF), a word-based estimate (Word), slides (PowerPoint), or sheets (Excel).
When am I charged?
After upload you’ll see pages × rate, then you pay through Razorpay in INR before translation starts.
When can I download my file?
As soon as the translation job finishes. Most files complete quickly, but large or complex documents can take longer. You can track progress in your dashboard and download immediately once the status is complete.
