Account: email address and credentials you use to sign up or log in (including Google sign-in if you choose it). We need this to run your account, billing, and support.
Files you upload: documents you submit for translation and the outputs we generate for you. They are processed to provide the service and stored for as long as our retention settings allow (see below).
Technical data: standard server logs, approximate region used to show local pricing, and similar data needed to operate and secure the service.
We use this information to provide translation, show pricing, process payments, keep the app running, fix bugs, comply with law where required, and respond when you contact us.
We rely on vetted infrastructure and service providers. That typically includes cloud hosting where the app runs, document translation (e.g. Google Cloud services configured for this product), and payment processing (e.g. Razorpay). Those providers process data only as needed to perform their role. We do not sell your personal information.
Translated files: We store the translated output we generate so you can download it from your dashboard or history until our retention rules delete it.
Uploaded originals and translated files may be deleted automatically after a limited number of days from upload, as shown in the app (for example on your history page). Account records needed for legal, tax, or fraud prevention may be kept longer. Ask us if you need a specific timeline for your account.
We use industry-standard practices where we control the stack (HTTPS, access controls, separation of environments). No online service is perfectly secure; use strong passwords and follow your organization’s rules for sensitive documents.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable law allows. Contact us through the contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your country). Do not sign up minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
