Translation that doesn’t turn your doc into a plain text dump

You’re not stuck refreshing

We process in the background and you’ll see status in the app. When it’s ready, download and move on.

Tables and structure matter

We aim to keep rows, headings, and spacing where they belong — the stuff that breaks first with copy-paste.

Your file, your rules

Use it for material your company is OK sending through a cloud translation service — if compliance is tight, run it past whoever owns that decision.

Lots of target languages

Pick where the text should land; if the dropdown shows it, we can route the job there.

Real-world formats

PDF for contracts and scans, Word for drafts, slides and spreadsheets when you need the whole file translated — not just a pasted chunk.

Serious translation stack

Google’s document translation service — built for files, not chat bubbles.

Modern technology behind our document translation platform

We combine a fast web app, a robust API, background workers, and Google's document translation service — so uploads, payments, and file delivery stay reliable end to end.

Questions we get a lot

How do I translate a document?

Sign up, upload a document (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, or Excel), and review the preview and price. Your first two pages are free each time — you only pay for additional pages. Pick a target language, complete checkout when needed, then download from your dashboard or history.

Will my PDF still look like a PDF?

That’s the point. We run document-style translation so tables, headings, and spacing tend to survive a lot better than if you pasted everything into a generic text translator and hoped for the best.

Which files work?

PDF, Word (.doc and .docx), PowerPoint (.ppt and .pptx), and Excel (.xls and .xlsx), up to the upload limit the app shows you.

Is this the same as pasting into Google Translate?

Not really. Pasting is fine for a paragraph; whole files are different. Here the file is treated as a document so structure and embedded bits stay in the same ballpark as the original.

How do you charge?

Per page, after we count them from your upload. Check the pricing page for the rate in your region. There’s no subscription.

When can I download my translated file?

Most files are ready quickly, but timing depends on page count, file type, and translation load. You can track progress in your dashboard or history and download as soon as the job is marked complete.
